You can delete individual dreams or your Halfwake account without a Plus subscription. Export anything you want to keep before deleting.无需 Plus 订阅，即可删除单个梦境或 Halfwake 账户。删除前，请先导出想保留的内容。
Delete a dream删除一个梦境
Open the dream in Journal, choose Delete, and confirm. For a cloud-backed dream, its associated cloud recording is also removed when the connected deletion finishes. If you are offline, reconnect so queued cloud deletion can finish.在「梦记」中打开梦境，选择「删除」并确认。对于已备份到云端的梦境，联网删除完成后，其关联云端录音也会移除。如果离线，请恢复连接，以完成排队中的云端删除。
Delete your Halfwake account删除 Halfwake 账户
Open Settings → Account & sync → Delete Halfwake account, then follow the confirmation steps. Sign in and keep a network connection available. The process removes Halfwake cloud audio first, then the account’s Halfwake cloud records and local Halfwake data. It preserves data for other Taoftware apps that use the same sign-in. If deletion cannot finish, the app keeps the request visible so you can retry.打开「设置」→「账户与同步」→「删除 Halfwake 账户」，然后按提示确认。请先登录，并保持网络连接。流程先移除 Halfwake 云端录音，再删除账户的 Halfwake 云端记录与本地 Halfwake 数据。使用同一登录信息的其他 Taoftware 应用数据会保留。如果删除未完成，应用会保留请求供你重试。
Request deletion by email通过邮件申请删除
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@taoftware.com with the subject “Halfwake data deletion.” State the Halfwake account email and whether you want account deletion or specific cloud content deleted. We may verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, dream text, or voice files.如果无法访问应用，请发送邮件至 privacy@taoftware.com，主题填写「Halfwake data deletion」。说明 Halfwake 账户邮箱，以及希望删除账户或特定云端内容。我们可能验证账户归属。请勿发送密码、登录验证码、梦境文字或录音文件。
What these steps do not remove需单独管理的副本
App deletion cannot erase exported files, copies on another phone/watch, operating-system backups, or files already shared outside Halfwake. Manage those copies separately. Limited billing/security records may remain where legally required. Removing the app, turning backup off, or canceling Plus does not delete cloud data.应用删除无法清除导出文件、其他手机或手表上的副本、操作系统备份，或已分享到 Halfwake 以外的文件。请单独管理这些副本。法律要求时，有限的账单或安全记录可能保留。移除应用、关闭备份或取消 Plus，并不会删除云端数据。
